  • handle homeowner association matters and represent it outside, as well as represent it in relations between the association and owners of specific premises
  • vindication
  • operate accounts and supervise transactional accounts and invoices
  • keep and update registers of premises and their owners
  • issue statements and certificates in relation to premise owners

In order to improve the asset management standard, we have started a free “Customer Zone” service. Thanks to this service, you will be able to supervise your accounts on an ongoing basis – 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and from any place in the world.
