When logging in for the first time, please enter the login and password you have received from us.
Please note that you will need to change your password when you first log in – this is standard security procedure. Please do not share your password with anyone.
Using the system on a mobile phone or tablet
The new DOM5 system can also be accessed from mobile devices. For Android devices, the app will install automatically when you click the arrow at the top of the screen. For iOS, you will need to create your own shortcut to our web page that is optimised for mobile users. .
